Mr. Roy Fung is the Founder of Hexon Group. Roy is a strategic thinker and successful entrepreneur; he understands the key success factors and winning strategies that contribute to a business quantum leap. Roy brings more than 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific business and HR consulting; he has completed over 160 business consulting and M&A projects for more than 100 large local and multinational organizations in Banking, Finance and Retail in Greater China.
Ms. Athena Lam | GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ms. Athena Lam is responsible for green finance strategy and impact investors engagement. Athena is a seasoned business leader and has more than 15 years of consulting experience providing green financing and investing, ESG, and human capital advisory services; she has a strong passion for assisting SME business owners to integrate “GREEN” into their core revenue streams for enhancing their competitive advantages and attaining higher company valuation. Athena holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and Management.
Mr. Clarence Chan | GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. ​Clarence Chan is a Technology innovator and entrepreneur with over 25 years in retail technology & payment solutions. Found IBS Systems Ltd in 1996. Expert of POS system, O2O cloud-based solution of product awareness to retention. Vice Chairman of Retail Tech Industry Association since 2013. He is also a serial entrepreneur in founding new technology startups including Fintech startup EKPay and CreditLink and AI technology startup HungryTech on posture recognition.
Mr. Steve Chan | GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR
Has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Accounting and finance, and specially in M&A. Involved in many cross-border merger and acquisition activities in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Greater China. Held many senior management positions in startup hi-tech companies in the Silicon Valley. Various directorship position (NED & INED) of HKEX listed companies.
Mr. Kevin Cheng | MANAGING DIRECTOR, ASIA PACIFIC
Mr. Kevin Cheng has over 20 years of Private Equity and Funds Management experience in the real estate industry across the Asia Pacific region, Australia, PR China, Japan and South East Asia. He managed a wide range of asset classes across the risk spectrum, core commercial office, value add retail malls, residential conversion and hotel development.
His previous experience was at well-known real estate institutions such as Macquarie Bank, Brookfield Asset Management, Grosvenor and Mirvac Group.
